ANSWER: No, We will NEVER ask for any account information. Unless you have asked us to look into a fault within your account, we may ask for username, outside of that we will never ask for password etc. |

QUESTION: Will my site ever get deleted? ANSWER: Yes if it's inactive for 30 days (you don't log to NWH-Hosting panel for 150 days). Or if you violate any of above covered points. In most cases (unless it's spamming/phishing), you'll get an email warning you to fix the violation within 48 hours or face deletion. |

QUESTION: Do you back up my sites data?? ANSWER: We do backups, but we have no requirement to keep your data backed up at any frequency, unless you have paid the fee for regular back ups,(Only sites under 256mb qualify for daily back ups/Else weekly). NB:: if no fee is paid back ups will be taken on average monthly/bi-monthly |
