We know no one read our 72 page TOS & AUP so we have made one that WILL be abided by

What you can and can't do with your MXProject Hosting account
(Items Marked with a * are not applicable to subdomain/domain hosting accounts)

While you are welcome to put up any content with a genuine purpose,

 

The following content is strictly prohibited and is banned from the MXProject Hosting Network :

Phishing of any form

Phishing when a phisher (scammer) falsify's a companies site to appear real and tricks visitors into entering there credentials (Username/Password etc)

Spamming

You may not send out large quantities of e-mail (large quantities will be evaluated on how actives your site is and such)
You may not send out ANY e-mail that advertises the sale of Pharmaceuticals (Cialis, viagra etc), Drugs (Including tobacco, alcohol Weed etc)

Underage Porn/Bestiality

THIS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IF YOUR SITE HOSTS THIS IT WILL BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY NO IF'S NO BUT'S REMOVED GONE ANNIHILATED FINITO BOOM DEAD EXECUTED TERMINATED GONE!

Adult Porn

is permitted providing you notify MXAdmin first and the models within imagery are not conducting illegal acts and are clearly over 18

Hosting Warez/Cracks/Keygens or scripts with invalid licenses

Under no circumstance you may not host any of these this infringes on the authors who put so much time and energy into creating content worth while and using

Sales of weapons

You may NOT sell weapons including Knives, swords, Squirrels, Pistols, revolvers, B52 bombers and definitely no Tanks

Torrents Scripts (Search engines) and Trackers

These are forbidden because they place extreme stress on the server. When those torrents are scraping ours servers get a raping

Auto Surf Programs

These artificially increase traffic and load on server

Script Based File Managers (PHP, CGI etc.) are forbidden

Using your account mainly as a Filehost (Video, Audio) large files cause the stylus to move alot reducing the lifespan of the hard drive

Media blogs (Audio, Video) - same reason as above "large files cause the stylus to move alot reducing the lifespan of the hard drive"

Using/Hosting scripts that excessively read and write data from a Database (MySQL, Access, Text)
These include indexing scripts/AD Trackers/Ad Scripts, Single site indexing is fine eg. user.MXProject Hosting.com

MySQL Management scripts eg. phpMyAdmin this is already provided over HTTPS and you do not need to add another

Bandwidth Restrictions

Subdomain Accounts :: 20gb
Free Hosting Accounts :: Tracked
Domain accounts :: Unmetered (we reserve the right to remove this at ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

What we mean by tracked, tracked means you site may be disabled if it uses a disproportionate amount of server resources

Using garbage/non valid information in account info (Applies subdomain/domains/free accounts). names like : Bvasijkuyvekcjslauigwnsj (Are forbidden)
Paid hosting customers please ensure your address is at least semi valid (No Field with gcaiksuygv type words

Account suspension/Removal

Not displaying a homepage at anytime eg. when access MXProject Hosting.com/username there is a "page not found error" or the standard "account creation" page still exists after 15 days from sign up date.
This also applies if you have plenty of files but no real content

Displaying ADs

While we are a free host we do permit ads to be display (1 Banner OR 1 Skyscraper Ad)

MXProject Hosting Reserves the right to terminate ANY account if they breach the Terms of Service

Legal Terms

1. As the Author of the page YOU take full responsibility for it's contents by doing this you vow under penalty of death or whatever your countries penalty for non compliance with the above conditions.
2. You agree that MXProject Hosting (and affiliates) have the right to remove without notification that is deemed to be a violations of the terms of service/acceptable usage policy. And accept ANY/ALL consequences that are deemed applicable Including but not limited to Information disclosure to authorities, Legal actions, that video of you in your mom's dress.
3. Users/Members who breach the Terms of service/Acceptable usage policy/Violate local/State/International Law Indemnify and hold MXProject Hosting unaccountable for any loss you may incur by breaching the terms of service including but not limited to any and all legal fee's/Damages/expenses. from connection with ANY content that you upload(Via FTP/Hosting Panel) via ANY method data can be placed on to MXProject Hosting servers.
4. To the maximum extent MXProject Hosting and affiliates excludes itself from ALL liability in regards to Accuracy of content/Availability of information on any website hosted/maintained by MXProject Hosting. Content is provided without warranties of any kind whether they are expressed/implied or tattooed on a monkey and put into a blender NO WARRANTY IS PROVIDED EVER!
5. Any Product/Service available to the users of MXProject Hosting that is provided by third parties(via links/redirection) are provided by them and NOT MXProject Hosting
6. You understand to the fullest amount possible that any violations that is covered above which results in damages to MXProject Hosting.
   MXProject Hosting reserves the legal right to impose the maximum possible fine for
   1) Excessive bandwidth fees/costs for illegal sites (ie. Torrent trackers)
   2) Downtime caused by your Terms of service/Acceptable Usage Policy Violation.
   3) ANY Negative Publicity which results from 1) or 2) or otherwise.
7. To the maximum possible extent MXProject Hosting excludes itself from liability under ALL circumstances (Including negligence on MXProject Hosting's part) for any consequential/special damages that occur as a result from the use of, or the inability to correctly use the materials on MXProject Hosting hosted sites (Whether Free/Paid or otherwise).
8.    MXProject Hosting under no circumstances warrants the materials/function that are contained/made available via MXProject Hosting will be error free or uninterrupted, defects will be fixed/corrected, or that any MXProject Hosting site (Paid/Free or otherwise) will be free of viruses or harmful code/products.
